Ingredients
1 cup Amla (gooseberry)
¼ cup sugar powder
A pinch salt
Water as needed
Method
Wash and clean amlas well.
Add 1 ½ cup of water and pressure cook
amlas for two whistles.
Remove seeds from it.
Grind them with sugar powder.
Mix with required water.
Amla juice is ready.
