Drumstick Molagootal is a classic dish from South Indian cuisine. This is one of the simple dish yet very tasty with good flavor from drumstick, coconut, coconutoil & curry leaves.
Very simple & tasty recipe with unique flavour. Do try this simple recipe. Serve this with hot rice along with any raitha | salad or pickle.
You can make the same dish by using mixed vegetables, spinach, cabbage & Ash gourd etc..
Ingredients
3 Drumsticks
4 -5 tbsp coconut
1 tsp jeera
1 Red chilli
1/4 tsp rice flour ( optional)
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
For seasoning
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp urad dal
