Ingredients
1 Bunch spring
onion
2 onions
1 tomato
2 tsp urad
dhal
2 red
chilies
1 green
chili
Very little
tamarind
1 tsp oil
Salt to
taste
Method
Heat oil in
a pan add urad dhal, red chilli & green chilii.
Powder it
coarsely and set aside.
Fry onion,
tomato and spring onions and add tamarind.
Grind to a
coarse paste, add the above powder and salt mix well.
Ready to
serve spring onion chutney.
Goes well
with idly/ dosa.
