How to sprout green moong dhal.
Wash well and soak the moong dhal in water and cover it with
a lid.
Soak the dhal overnight.
Drain the water completely.
Put it in an air tight container and rest it for two days.
After one day, you will see small sprouts.
After two days you will see beautiful growth in sprouts from
the moong dhal.
These sprouted moong stay fresh in the fridge for 2 days.
