Ingredients
2 Kiwi fruits
2 tsp sugar (or honey)
A Pinch of salt
1 cup of water
Few Ice cubes
Method
Wash and clean Kiwi fruit, cut them cross wise.
Scoop out the pulp with spoon.
In a blender, Add the scooped out kiwi pulp, sugar, salt and
water.
Blend it until it forms a smooth pulp.
The seeds adds a great texture to the juice
Serve it by topping it with ice cubes.

The kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium,
dietary fiber and magnesium.
