Ingredient
1 cup gram
flour
1/2 cup
rosted gram flour
3 onions
(thin sliced)
1 Green
chilli
1 spoon red
chilli powder
Ginger (optional)
Oil for
frying
Salt to
taste
Method
Take bowl
add gram flour and roasted gram flour in that add salt and red chilli powder
mix well.
Now add
onions, green chilli and curry leaves mix well and sprinkle very little water.
Heat oil and
deep fry till it is golden brown.
