Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
2 tbsp pepper powder ( dry roast & make a fine powder)
For seasoning
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp chana dal
1/4 tsp mustard
Few cashew nuts
Curry leaves
Salt to taste.
Method
Heat ghee in a pan, add all seasoning ingredients one by one and roast them well.
Add pepper powder and mix well and switch off the flame.
Add cooked rice and salt mix well.
