Ladies Finger Mor Kuzhambu/ Instant Mor Kuzhambu/ Easy Recipe/ Quick Recipe/mor curry

Buttermilk Kuzhambu or Moru Curry Mor Kuzhambu is a commonly prepared by South Indian. It's slight variation of Punjabi or Rajasthani kadhi. This is a liquid curry recipe which is served with white rice/ Roti /appam, adai or mixed dal dosa. Normally we add  vegetables like okra, ash gourd, colocasia, tomato and Malabar vellirika.
This is very simple and easy to prepare. 

Normally for this recipe we blend coconut, green chilli and jeera. Here we are not doing any grinding job and not using coconut also instant and very simple version of regular mor Kuzhambu.

Ingredients

2 cups thick curd or butter milk
Ladies Finger ( 200 gems) or as much needed
Raw turmeric (optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste

For seasoning

1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp fenugreek
1 or 2 Green chillies
Curry leaves

Method

Het a pan, add oil and ladies finger sauté well until all cooked well. Add little salt and fry them set aside.
In bowl add thick butter milk,  raw turmeric, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Add fried ladies finger to this mix well.
Cook in low flame until it's forthy .
Add crushed pepper to this.
Season this with mustard, fenugreek, green chillies and curry leaves.
Very quick and easy recipe is ready.
Ready to serve instant mor Kuzhambu. Try out this simple recipe.
