Instant Ragi Dosa

Instant Ragi dosa and paneer butter masala

Recipe for Instant ragi dosa

Ingredients

1 cup idly batter
1 cup ragi flour
Salt to taste
Oil as needed

Method

1. Mix ragi flour, salt with water without any lumps.

2. Add idly batter to the above ragi flour mix well.

3. Adjust water as required now ragi dosa batter is ready to use.

4. Heat tawa, pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in round shape.

5. Pour oil around the edges and cook well, then flip it to other side cook well both sides.

6. Ready to serve our instant Ragi dosa.

You can serve this with coconut chutney/ sambar/ gun powder.
