Very simple, easy and healthy recipe

Ingredients

1 cup idly rice / boiled rice (soaked in water for 4 hours)
1/2 cup drumstick leaves
2 tbsp coconut (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil as requried

Method

Grind the rice into a coarse batter by adding little water.
Add salt, coconut and drumstick leaves and mix well.
Adjust water as required now adai batter is ready to use.
Heat tawa, pour a ladle full of batter and spread it like dosa.
Pour oil around the edges,cook well then flip it to
other side cook well.
Ready to serve drumstick leaves adai.
