Drumstick leaves soup / drumstick leaves soup recipe /Murungai keerai soup

Ingredients

1 cup drumstick leaves
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
Few garlic
1 green chillie (or )1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 cups water / vegetable stock / cooked dhal water
1 tsp sattu powder (mutigrain flour) (optional)
1 tsp butter / oil
Salt to taste

Method

Heat butter in a pan add garlic and saute.
Add onion saute for a minute.
Add tomato, green chillie and salt saute for a minute.
Now add drumstick leaves, water, sattu flour and mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
Drumstick leaves soup is ready to serve.
