Coriander Leaves Churney | Coriander Leaves Recipe | How to make Coriander Chutney


 Ingredients

Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Green chillies 8-9
Tamarind small size ( soak in water) 
Gingilly oil 4 tbsp
Mustard 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

Method

Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan, add green chillies saute. 
Add coriander leaves and tamarind saute for few seconds. 
Allow to cool, add salt and blend to a fine paste. 
Heat oil, add mustard, above paste, cook for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame. 
Ready to serve coriander leaves chutney. 
Goes well with hot rice, idly & dosa
