Ingredients
2 carrots
4 tomatoes
1 tables
spoon corn flour
Few garlic
finely chopped
1 spoon
butter
1/4 spoon
pepper powder
For
garnishing Corn flakes
Salt to
taste
Method
Pressure
cook carrots and tomatoes in water with salt and grind them.
Mix corn
flour with little water add to above mix, allow to boil for 10 minutes.
Finally add
butter and pepper powder.
Garnish with
corn flakes or fresh cream
