Carrot & Orange Juice

Carrot and Orange juice is extremely nutritious.
Best immune boosting drink.
Carrots are good source of beta carotene.
Oranges are excellent source of  vitamin C.

Ingredients

Carrot 1( chopped)
Orange 1( peeled & deseeded)

Method

In a blender add carrots & oranges add some water and blend well.
Strain the juice and serve immediately.

Uttapam is a South Indian dish. We can do so many varieties of uttapam by different combination of  vegetables.
Today we are going to do carrot uttapam.

Its prepared with dosa batter along with grated carrots.

Ingredients

1 cup dosa batter
2/4 cup grated carrots
Chopped ginger
Finely chopped green chillies
Oil or ghee as per need
Salt to taste

Method

1. Heat dosa pan. 
2. Pour a ladleful  of batter and spread it circle motion.
3. Pour oil around the dosa.
4. On the top sprinkle grated carrot, green chilli, ginger coriander leaves.
5. Cook in low or medium flame, flip it to other side pour oil around and cook both side well.
Our healthy carrot Uttappam I'd ready to serve.
Serve this with sambar or any Chutney.
