Vangi bhath powder recipe/How to make vangi bhath powder/Vangi bhath masala powder

🔸2 tbsp Urad dal
🔸2 tbsp Chana Dal
🔸2 tbsp Coriander Seeds / 🔸Dhania
🔸Small pieceCinnamon/ dalchini
🔸2-3 Cloves/ Lavang
🔸1 cardamom (elaichi)
🔸1 tbsps Poppy seeds 
🔸2 tbsp Dry Coconut / Kopra
🔸6-7 nos Red Chillis,( byadgi for bright color)
🔸Few Curry Leaves

Method                                      
👉Dry roast above all ingredients except, coconut, curry leaves and poppy seeds.
👉Lastly add dry coconut, curry leaves and poppy seeds roast well and switch off the flame.
👉Allow to cool completely.
👉Blend it to a fine powder.  
👉Our aromatic Vangi bhath masala powder is ready.        
👉Store it and use for many dishes like vangi bhath, capsicum rice, bisi bale bath, Khara bhath, tomato rice, dry curries like brinjal, raw banana, Potato          
👉I will use the same powder for Besi bele bath too.             
👉Just use 2-3 tbsp for making rice variety.                                
👉For Khara bhat use 2 tsp.      
👉If you want to prepare in larger quantity use all ingredients 1 cup each.
